Homeschooling families
Homeschooling parents want the convenience of their home and yet they want social experiences for their children. They also want the freedom to choose the curriculum and instruction, yet they are so busy and would love a professional’s help. With the state educational funds that these families receive, they can afford to hire educators to help them to reach their goals.
Kristin is a Arizona ESA vendor.
About Kristin
Kristin attended Benjamin Franklin Elementary School in Mesa Arizona, which teaches reading through the Spalding phonetic method, the first year it opened in 1978. She was the first Franklin student to return and teach at the school where she certified as a Spalding instructor. Kristin has also taught reading, general music, orchestra, musical theater and piano. With a masters in education and additional training in LETRS, Kristin now offers her tutoring services in person and online.
Reading tutoring and Spalding classes can be organized in your home. Kristin will come to you if you are in the East Phoenix Valley. The students in the class split the hourly rate, so the larger the class, the smaller the participation cost per child. The same goes for group music and orchestra classes. Kristin can teach a wide range of subjects, so call her and discuss your ideas.
Kristin has a current Professional Elementary, K-8 teaching certificate in Arizona, Utah, and Missouri.
